Finally Feeling Like My Home- Day-Day 60

So, yeah, I couldn't help myself.  I went by today.  I'm glad I did because I discovered that we have electricity!!  I can honestly say that, for the first time, the structure that we have been stalking for the last few months finally feels like it's my home.  I don't know if it was because I could actually flip a switch and shine some light into the place, but I had a totally different feeling towards the house today.  It felt like mine.  I could see myself cooking in the kitchen.  I could imagine my bed being in the bedroom.  I could envision me using my beautiful master bathroom.  I think it's really sinking in now.

The other "Splurge Room"- Master Bath

Delete Ryan Home's swinging shower door and insert a fabulous frameless shower door.

Flooring

Gorgeous white.

These are the true colors.  My camera kept pulling gold tones in the previous pictures.

Lights!!!!

Mystery solved- they didn't drywall this over, left it open and gave us a door!  Extra Storage- Woo-Hoo!

Made a big boo-boo with exterior color choices. I thought that the shake color was going to be the predominant siding color, and vice versa. Oh well. Still love it!

  2. Everything looks so great! You know I love those white cabinets and the granite you chose is so nice with them! I really like your master bath tile choice as well! Very classic!

It's funny how lights make it seem so much more like a home! I felt the same way. Once the floors were installed it REALLY sunk in for me. You guys will be done before you know it!
